Marketing Assistant/Coordinator – BrandWorks

 
 

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the BrandWorks family has emerged! We are currently seeking a full-time/part-time Marketing Assistant for BrandWorks and projects under us, specialising in B2B & B2C with experience in digital marketing, social media management, and engagement campaigns.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our digital marketing strategies across platforms and social media, including overseeing our conversion and retargeting funnels.

This role is for you if:

  • You are proficient in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.

  • You have 1-3 years of full-time/part-time working experience in the digital marketing field for B2B & B2C.

  • You possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.

  • You are tech-savvy and experienced in creating content, posting on various social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, and crafting articles on LinkedIn.

  • You can analyse the market, evaluate and produce monthly reports with great attention to detail.

  • You are creative, active, and able to roll out initiatives related to marketing purposes.

  • You have a passion for driving impactful digital marketing initiatives and a willingness to work hard in a fast-moving & accelerated environment.

Requirements

  • Must provide applicable/official English Tests (e.g. IELTS/TOEFL) you have taken within the past 2 years

    OR

    complete below English proficiency tests, and upload the test results in the Applicant’s Google form:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in creating content for social media (e.g., Instagram and Facebook) and crafting articles (e.g., LinkedIn).

  • Ability to create, schedule, and send EDMs using Mailchimp.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing strategies.

  • Ability to handle several different projects simultaneously.

  • Skills in basic video editing, copywriting, and proficiency in using Canva are preferable.

  • Knowledge in graphic design will be a bonus.
