Background

We were engaged by a new conveyancing company to develop a concept strategy, name and brand identity to reflect their values and proposition. The client’s core belief is that buying and selling property should be simple, easy to understand, and stress-free. They wanted their brand to communicate this and also show that they are a modern, progressive, and experienced company with a personal touch.

 
 
 
 
 

Challenges

The conveyancing market is highly competitive, and we needed to develop a brand that would stand out and resonate with their target audience. The client also needed to overcome the perception that conveyancing is complex with a brand that could simplify the process and convey the benefits of working with them.

 
 
 

Our Approach

Our team began by conducting a competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation. Based on our research, we developed a brand strategy that positioned them as a modern, progressive, and experienced conveyancing company with a personal touch. The name Settled was chosen to reflect the brand's promise to simplify the conveyancing process.

To reflect this strategy, we developed a new brand identity for Settled. The logo was designed to be modern and simple, reflecting the ease and simplicity that Settled brings to the conveyancing process. We also developed a colour palette that was fresh and contemporary, and bold, modern typography.

We created a brand messaging framework that emphasised Settled's belief that buying and selling property should be simple and easy to understand, and that they provide their customers with peace of mind through their experienced and knowledgeable team. We also created a brand tone of voice that was personal, approachable, and reassuring.

 
 

Outcomes

The new brand identity has been rolled out across all of Settled's touchpoints, including their website, social media channels, and marketing collateral. The new branding has helped Settled to stand out in a crowded market and communicate their values and proposition more effectively.
